Yes. A few years ago they released a “heat map” of workouts. It ended up showing a guard path in the middle of nowhere Africa where we “didn’t have troops.”

The article flood about this was in 2018 and China was warning its military in 2015.

Is this the same one that allowed our Special Operators in the Middle East to be tracked while they worked out?

One might think that connected devices would be disconnected when the staff is working. I mean, a local high school puts the kids cel phones in faraday boxes during the school day—I guess it would be tough to ask adults to not “text” at work.

My Fatbit tracks my workouts for MY USE, not to brag to a bunch of narcissistic dweebs.

They want you to pat them on the back for how many steps they took today.

I lift and keep track of everything in my head.

I can’t believe the secret service would let Biden or Trump walk around some of these apps on their devices. Perhaps it’s not up to them, but I remember back when we were deploying military to deal with ISIL that our people were being told to limit the kinds of apps they are using because they can be used to track you. It’s not like this is a new thing.
